NOTE:  THIS WILL ONLY WORK IF YOU HAVE SET RECOVERY QUESTIONS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF LOST ACCOUNT!!!!!

First go into www.runescape.com and click the link “Recover A Lost Password.”  Click on the “Stolen Account” section.  Now just fill in your answers to your recovery questions  (If you have a hard time remembering your questions find a way to keep them available.  I recommend you find a way to write it down in a code or something like in binary or something nerdy like that)  and all the other information it requires

Once you have changed the password (you will not be able to get into your account, its a safety feature of runescape) go to “Lock Account.”  You should be able to lock it down so no one can use it.  Then just simply unlock it with a brand new password on the “Unlock Account” link.  This SHOULD work.  If it doesn’t then this is outdated or you need to try again.
